This call has been opened with the aim of creating and implementing mentorship mechanisms to enhance the capacity for business development and innovation among SMEs.

In order to make more effective and efficient use of public resources allocated to Research and Innovation, it is considered necessary to develop and implement a mentorship mechanism for SMEs supported within the framework of TUBITAK TEYDEB Programs to commercialize the products and services of these SMEs, enable them to enter new markets, and increase their export capacities.

Within the scope of this call, mentorship service is defined as "guiding SMEs in innovation management and commercialization processes by individuals who have more knowledge and experience in their respective fields and are willing to utilize and share their expertise." Interfaces will be established as a result of this call to provide mentorship services to SMEs.
