StarBIGG

Under the management of YTU Yıldız Technopark and in cooperation with Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University, Çanakkale Technopark, Bursa Technical University TTO and Akbank, TÜBİTAK 1812 Investment-Based Entrepreneurship Support Program (BİGG) enables entrepreneurs to transform their technology and innovation-oriented business ideas into qualified business plans, and allows them to become companies with capital up to 900,000 TL. With the StarBIGG Program, we support the 1st Stage processes of entrepreneurs who meet the criteria determined within the scope of 1812. Under the StarBiGG program, entrepreneurs whose business idea applications are found sufficient in the pre-evaluation phase and accepted into the program will:

• Benefit from YTU Yildiz Technopark's and other stakeholders' open office spaces and prototyping workshop facilities,
• Access expert mentoring, consultancy, and business development support from industry experts leveraging the extensive business networks of YTU Yildiz Technopark and other stakeholders,
• Receive one-on-one support in patent research and technology assessments, as well as assistance with patent applications when necessary from experts at Yildiz Technical University Technology Transfer Office and other stakeholders,
• Take advantage of training, mentoring, coaching, consultancy, and business development support provided by a team of trainers and mentors with over 12 years of experience in the context of TUBITAK TEYDEB and BiGG Support Programs,
• Receive support in brand building, marketing, and creating national awareness from YTU Yildiz Technopark and other stakeholders' Corporate Communication Unit,
• Entrepreneurs who qualify for grant support from TUBITAK will be provided with support for company formation and office setup at the YTU Yildiz Technopark Davutpasa Campus.
